Review for Depression app:Glad to see an app. like this one and other helpful apps. like it. Good for helping to keep up what one is learning through counseling, books, etc.. It is evident a lot of effort went into this app. but it really is up to an individual to make the effort to use it, and to be honest with himself/herself when working through personal struggles. I am glad I have found this resource, thank you!
