As I release what no longer serves or plays a part in my growth, I’ve been rewarded with the gift of time, presence and peace. I finally feel I can fully express myself through my deepest passion again: art. I didn’t realize it until recently, but for the longest time, I was operating from survival mode. This made it difficult to go deep within myself and release stuck emotion. I found myself creating from a “surface level,” if that makes sense. Although the work is never truly done & we will always be growing, I’m choosing myself again. I’m choosing my art again. I’m no longer caught up in what I cannot control. It’s being released through my art, as I choose to move in peace.

Thank you to those who have never left my side. I wouldn’t be here without you - thanks for loving me in my “all-ness.”
