Hello everyone! My name is Anthony, and I’m the owner of this tech support business.

Technology has become a part of nearly every aspect of our lives, but for many people it can also be confusing, frustrating, and expensive. That’s one of the main reasons I started this business. My goal is simple: provide honest, affordable, and reliable tech support to people who need it.

I’m especially passionate about helping seniors and less tech savvy people navigate today’s technology. Whether it’s learning how to use a smartphone, setting up a new computer, staying safe from online scams, or simply figuring out why something isn’t working, I believe everyone deserves patient, respectful support without feeling overwhelmed.

I also strongly support the Right to Repair movement. Too often, people are told they need to replace devices that could be repaired, costing them hundreds or even thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I believe customers should have options, understand what’s wrong with their devices, and have access to affordable repair solutions whenever possible.

Quick home or business Wi-Fi tip:

If your internet suddenly feels slow or devices keep disconnecting, try restarting your modem and router.

The modem is usually the box that brings the internet into your house from your internet company. The router is the box that sends the Wi-Fi signal around your home. Sometimes they’re separate boxes, and sometimes they’re built into one.

Usually all you have to do is unplug the power cord from the back of the device or from the wall outlet, wait a minute or two, then plug it back in.

If you have separate boxes, let the modem fully load first before plugging the router back in. Give everything a few minutes to reconnect and it will often run smoother after that.

The #1 Apple ID Mistake I See...

One of the most common issues I help people with during appointments isn’t broken hardware — it’s Apple ID problems.

And usually, it comes down to three things:

📧 Outdated Recovery Email
Many people no longer have access to the email address connected to their Apple ID recovery settings. When it’s time to reset a password or verify the account, they get completely locked out.

📱 No Backup Phone Number
If your only trusted number is tied to a lost, broken, or replaced phone, account recovery becomes much harder than it needs to be.

👨‍👩‍👧 Shared Apple IDs Between Family Members
I still see families sharing one Apple ID across multiple devices. This often causes mixed photos, shared messages, syncing issues, accidental purchases, and account confusion.

A properly configured Apple ID setup can prevent a lot of stress later on.

During appointments, I help clients:

Is Your Gaming Controller Not Working?

I recently had a customer bring me their DualSense controller, stating the face buttons (the buttons on the right of the controller) were not working, but all the other buttons were working. He stated that his kid uses the controller and he himself doesn’t play the system. He thought he needed to buy a brand new controller.

With this information, I figured the controller would need a good cleaning. I advised to hold off on buying another controller and to let me take a looks at this one. So I opened it up. The button pad was definitely grimy with Cheeto dust and other various snack residue. So I cleaned everything up, put the controller back together and tested it. The controller worked as if it was brand new.

Morale of the story, if a certain button (or series of buttons) on you controller do not work, bring it to me and I’ll clean it for you, saving you a ton of money from needing to buy a new one.
