DC Battery Labs is now accepting lithium-ion batteries for evaluation and possible refurbishment.

We work with:
✔ E-bike batteries
✔ Power tool batteries
✔ Select lithium-ion battery packs

If your battery no longer holds a charge or isn’t performing like it used to, we may be able to help.

⚠️ For safety reasons, we do not service batteries that are damaged, swollen, or unsafe.

If you’re unsure whether your battery is a good candidate, send us a message with the battery type and issue — we’re happy to talk through options.

⚠️ Battery Safety Notice ⚠️

Lithium-ion batteries must be handled properly.

For safety reasons, DC Battery Labs does NOT service batteries that show signs of:
• Swelling or bulging
• Physical damage or punctures
• Water or corrosion damage
• Burn marks, overheating, or strong odors

Not all batteries are safe or suitable for refurbishment.

Every battery is evaluated before any work begins, and we reserve the right to decline service if a battery presents a safety risk.

Our priority is protecting our customers, our workspace, and the people handling these batteries — safety always comes first.

🔋 How to Work With DC Battery Labs 🔋

At DC Battery Labs, we focus on safe, professional lithium-ion battery work.

Here’s how our process works:

1️⃣ Initial Inquiry
Send us a message with the battery type (e-bike, power tool, etc.) and the issue you’re experiencing.

2️⃣ Evaluation
We’ll review the details and let you know if the battery is a good candidate for refurbishment or repair.

3️⃣ Drop-Off or Shipping
If approved, we’ll provide next steps for drop-off or shipping.

4️⃣ Rebuild & Testing
All approved batteries are rebuilt and tested using safety-first practices.

5️⃣ Return
Once complete, we’ll coordinate pickup or return shipping.

⚠️ Please note:
• We do not work on damaged, swollen, or unsafe batteries
• Not all batteries are candidates for refurbishment
• Pricing depends on battery type and condition
