business established in August , 2009. Serving the Rome-Utica area, we are currently serving residential customers on a drop off basis with plans of expanding to small business support. We offer evening and weekend residential service should you be unable to drop off your hardware at our Rome, NY location. We offer flat labor rates for correcting your computer problems at our location and hourly labor rates if you would like us to visit your location. Additional costs apply should any hardware or software replacement or upgrade be found necessary and approved by the customer. All upgrades and replacements will be discussed before being performed.
