AI is making tech careers more accessible… but it’s not the whole story.

Tech has always been bigger than AI.... from IT and cybersecurity to design, data, and beyond, women have been leading in these spaces for decades.

Who helped shape your path?

There are a lot of new AI communities popping up right now.
And that’s a good thing.
We need more women experimenting with AI.

This last year, we have built something specifically for the women who are expected to:
• make business decisions about technology
• guide their teams through change
• and figure out what innovation looks like inside their organization

Because at that level, it’s not just about understanding AI.

It’s about:
• evaluating what tools are worth investing in
• communicating direction clearly
• managing change across teams
• and driving innovation that actually sticks

That’s why we're doing something different.

Have you seen the “AI-Powered Solopreneur” series from Business Insider?

More and more solo business owners are using AI to:
• Write proposals
• Automate emails
• Plan marketing
• Track customers
• Create systems that save hours every week

This is exactly what we’re teaching through MNWiT.

You don’t need to be a programmer.
You don’t need a big budget.
You just need to know how to use the tools intentionally.

If you’re a solopreneur trying to do everything yourself… this is your sign to stop working harder and start building smarter systems.
