Behind every fiber connection is a lot of precision work — and yesterday, some of our customer service team got an up-close look at how it all happens. 👀🔧

While working in the Argos area, Sam walked Hunter, Macee (our marketing intern), and Liz through the splicing process and how connections are made inside the pedestal (“ped”). The group also got to see part of a home installation in progress with install tech Treston, including the box setup on the side of the home before service is connected.

Meanwhile near the Nyona Lake area, Bo showed Belinda and Teresa what goes into line work and fiber splicing out in the field.

It was a great hands-on learning experience and a fun reminder that bringing fast, reliable fiber internet to our communities takes teamwork from every department. 💙
