Art has been my love for as long as I can remember. However, I didn't think I was talented enough.

Learning that art is creativity in personal expression helped me to trust the process to share the beauty I see and feel.

I went to the senior center today for the beading class. I hadn't been there since 2022 when I used to go with my friend, Karen Herting . Today I made this necklace and matching earrings in purple, green and silver. 💚💜

"Lines Galore" - I saw this pole and fell in love with all the lines from the wires to the wood to the trees in the background. Art is lines, beautifully placed. I hope you enjoy my interpretation. There is beauty everywhere to be seen with open eyes!

"Transformed" from pitiful to passionate...Recently I took a picture at the dentist's office feeling pitiful after numbing injections. The picture was NOT flattering (see picture 6). I decided that I would use that picture to make something beautiful. I believe that beauty can come from ashes. Good can come from what presently seems miserable. "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Romans 12:2

I love 💙rain. I've always loved rain. I used to lay outside to feel the rain on my face. It felt so peaceful. The flooding that happens in Southern California isn't my favorite, nor those who can't drive in the rain. But the sound of rain and the beauty it brings, I adore. Have a lovely day whatever your weather!

"Palm Dreamway" This shot was taken on the same street but opposite direction as "Palm Sunset". I love the roadside palms giving direction. They are beautiful frames.

"Round of Raincross" The symbolizes Riverside, CA. The bell is a mission bell with the cross from a symbol used by the Navajo when they prayed for rain.

"View of Mt. Rubidioux from Central Middle School" - while substitute teaching, I took this view. I was happy to capture it without any cars. The school itself has beautiful architectural elements, and I have more to share. Enjoy!
