By God's grace, Credle LLC hosted its 2026 Leaders' Refresh Conference in Hampton Roads, March 27th-28th. With many, many photos and videos to come, this sneak peak speaks for itself!

-Over 75 leaders in attendance (our highest to date).
-Over 55 businesses and ministries represented & prayed for.
-Leaders represented as far as Nigeria, Cameroon, and Kenya, as well as Ohio, Pennsylvania, & North Carolina.
-Resources/Support/Prayers came from Canada, California, and Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, DC, and Illinois to name a few.

We're excited to announce our EIGHTH guest speaker for our 2026 Leaders Refresh Conference with Credle LLC!

Dr. Justin Loyd is an author, coach, husband, and father of seven. He graduated from Regent University in 2023 with his Doctor of Strategic Leadership. He currently works for the U.S. Army, and has served for 17 years, reaching the rank of Master Sergeant. He currently serves as the Cleveland Metro Recruiting Company First Sergeant. His Master's degree is in Organizational Leadership, and his Bachelor's degree is in Pastoral Ministries. He loves the Lord, and daily looks to pursue excellence, climb mountains, and leave no opportunity missed. He has published extensively in leadership and self-development, and is currently launching a Podcast called “Man UP – Faith, Family, and Finances.”

Dr. Loyd will lead a session entitled Scaling Your Mountain: Personal Development for Ministry & Marketplace Leaders. This workshop will be one to remember!
