Quantum computing has a deployment problem, and that is the conversation worth having right now.
This week at IEEE Quantum Week 2026 in Toronto, Burns Healy, Director of Quantum Practice at Quantum Sky, joins leaders from Q-CTRL, NVIDIA, Dell Technologies, and Anyon Computing for the panel "The next accelerator: Packaging quantum for seamless data center deployment."
The premise: as quantum moves from lab demonstrations toward real workloads, the barrier is no longer the physics. It is systems integration. Where do these machines actually live? How do they talk to classical compute? What has to be true about software, calibration, and orchestration before a QPU can sit alongside CPUs and GPUs in a production data center?
Burns will bring the mission perspective to that discussion: what it takes to make quantum deployable, secure, and useful for the organizations that need it most.
