This past weekend, our team came together for one of our most meaningful annual traditions: volunteering with Wreaths Across America. Alongside our fellow employees and their families, we laid wreaths at the graves of veterans in Arlington National Cemetery and throughout the nation, paying tribute to their courage, sacrifice, and enduring legacy.

It’s a humbling reminder of the freedoms we enjoy and the sacrifices made to secure them. Seeing generations—parents, children, and colleagues—unite to honor these heroes is a powerful reflection of our shared values of gratitude, respect, and service.

To everyone who joined us: thank you for bringing your hearts and hands to this special day. We are proud to support Wreaths Across America and their incredible mission to ensure no veteran is ever forgotten.

Solutions Consultant Bob Buckley served over a decade in the U.S. Air Force. He shares some lessons carried from his military service into his career and life after the service:

💬 “I had a unique upbringing so joining the military was, in some ways, an awakening. I learned quickly that I could be self-sufficient but that I also had the support of the group. I learned to be a follower and, when appropriate, a leader. Still today nearly 50 years later, I find myself assessing every interaction and making the choice when to step up and when to stand back and be part of the team supporting those in charge.”
