We get this question from clients all the time: “Does my business need to be verified for Google Voice?”

Nope. That robocall is spam.

Google Voice and Google Business Profile are two completely separate products. There is nothing you need to activate, confirm, or pay for, and pressing a button to “be removed” may lead to even more calls.
