Hello. We are happy to let you know that service has been restored from our main connection supplier. If the router and equipment doesn't come back on its own, please unplug the equipment from power for about 5 minutes, before plugging the router and equipment back into a working outlet. We want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for your patience as our network supplier had issues. We are working on a solution to diminish this sort of issue in the future.
