I am writing to express my disappointment with Tesla's handling of a recent rodent damage issue with my Model 3. Upon returning the vehicle, I disassembled it to find that the access plug had been left open, allowing rodents to easily access and damage the wiring harness again. I am astonished by this level of negligence. I intend to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General. As a seasoned automotive professional with 40 years of experience, I take pride in my work and ensure that every vehicle I work on is returned to its owner in the same condition as when it was received. I am appalled by Tesla's lack of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Here is a screenshot of my conversation with Tesla regarding this matter. I wanted to share this experience to highlight Tesla's questionable business practices, which may be contributing to their declining sales. As a perfectionist, I would never compromise on the quality of my work, and I expect the same level of professionalism from any business I interact with.
