Our FINAL Networking Event of the year is happening December 15, so make your plans to build community and help grow your business before you check into holiday mode!

We’re closing out 2025 with an incredible speaker and a face we all know and love: Alonya Eisenberg Lowe with , a Portland-based photographer whose work centers on authenticity, artistry, and helping people feel truly seen.

Alonya began her career in 2013 in Los Angeles, capturing bumps, births, babies, and childhood moments filled with emotion. Today, her portfolio also includes personal branding, headshots, and empowering bo***ir sessions, still serving women, but this time, helping them reconnect with their confidence and creative expression.

This year, she launched her photography mentorship program, becoming the cheerleader she wished she had when she was starting out. She’s passionate about helping new photographers learn the basics, find their artistic voice, and build a business rooted in meaning.

Before photography, Alonya spent years in acting and comedy and she still cultivates that storytelling spark today. She coaches sketch comedy, performs nationally with her husband, and creates through pottery, poetry, and floral design.

Her speech is titled “Redefining Professionalism,” explores how ditching outdated ideas about what it means to be “professional” can actually create better, more human client experiences. You’ll leave feeling inspired to show up in your business with more trust, expression, and ease.

Your body is not the enemy. It’s the messenger.

That tension?
That numbness?
That discomfort you can’t quite name?

It’s not your body working against you—it’s your body trying to speak to you.

Pain, disconnection, and even overwhelm are all ways your nervous system says,
Something needs care here.

The work I do isn’t about forcing your body into peace.
It’s about listening.
It’s about learning your body’s language.
And responding with compassion, movement, and the right tools.

Your body has never been the problem.
It’s always been the one carrying the truth.

Meet Alicia Johnson, our Jun 23 speaker at the next POWER in-person event

June 23, 430-730 pm PST
Registration link in bio. This is our last meet-up until September.

Talk Title: You Don’t Need to Hustle Harder—You Need to Come Home to Yourself

Talk Description: We’ve been taught to equate success with exhaustion—especially as women. But the truth is, your body is not a machine to push harder. It’s a compass. A guide. And in a world of endless doing, the boldest move you can make is coming home to yourself.

In this short, immersive talk, trauma-informed somatic practitioner Alicia Johnson shares how healing her relationship with her body transformed not only her business—but her entire life. Blending raw storytelling with a simple guided somatic exercise, she invites you to reconnect with your inner “yes,” regulate your nervous system, and shift from overdrive into embodied alignment.

This is for the woman who’s done chasing worthiness through hustle—and ready to feel powerful, present, and rooted in her own truth.

Alicia's Bio:
Alicia Johnson is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, empowerment coach, and healing dance guide who helps women break free from burnout, shame, and old survival patterns—and come home to their bodies, their truth, and their power.

After surviving narcissistic abuse, years of people-pleasing, and living completely disconnected from her own needs, Alicia spent over a decade reclaiming herself through somatic healing, psychology, and movement. What started as a personal healing journey became a mission: to help other women feel safe in their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and express themselves fully—without apology, performance, or hustle.

Today, she leads powerful virtual and in-person experiences that blend nervous system work, intuitive movement, and bold self-expression. Her work is raw, rebellious, and deeply empowering—creating sober-friendly, shame-free spaces for women to reconnect with who they really are beneath the noise.

Your nervous system wasn’t designed to heal in a single session.

It’s not a machine to fix.
It’s a rhythm to attune to.
A relationship to build.

As a trauma-informed bodyworker and nervous system practitioner, I’ve learned this over and over again:

Deep healing doesn’t happen in intensity—it happens in rhythm.

That’s why I offer series-based care—not for my schedule’s sake, but for your system’s.

Because one session may bring relief…
But a series brings repatterning.

If you’re navigating chronic tension, stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue—your body likely needs consistency more than pressure.

✨ I currently have two openings for new series clients—in-person, in Portland.

This work blends:
• Thai structural bodywork
• Fascia unwinding & vagus nerve activation
• Nervous system regulation through movement, touch & sound
• Sacred, trauma-informed care

If your body is asking for something deeper—something that honors both structure and soul—this might be for you.

📩 Message me or visit jenellewoodlief.com to explore.

Let’s stop chasing symptoms.
Let’s listen.
Let’s regulate.
Let’s rise.
