Think about what your crew needs before the work ever starts. The right training, clear expectations, and a strong safety culture can make the difference once everyone is in the field.

Those conversations shouldn’t happen after there’s already a problem.

Hol-Tech Safety + Training helps companies prepare their workforce through safety training, compliance support, and workforce solutions built around the needs of the job.

Bring us your team, your challenges, and your goals; and let’s build a safer, more prepared workforce.

Investing in our people is investing in our performance — and today was a great example of that in action.

Our SETEX crews recently participated in safety training made possible through Lamar Institute of Technology training grants, reinforcing our commitment to staying sharp, prepared, and ahead of the curve in the field.

A big thank you to Elton Hollis III of Hol-Tech Resources LLC. for delivering a course that was immersive, engaging, and truly impactful. The hands-on approach and real-world insight made this training not just informative, but genuinely enjoyable for our team.

We also appreciate RT Technical Solutions for helping bring this opportunity together and supporting the continued development of our workforce.

At SETEX, safety isn’t a checkbox — it’s a culture. And we’re proud to keep raising the bar.
