Growth isn’t always measured by the trophy. 🏆

Last fall, I had the opportunity to participate in Own Our Own’s (Own Our Own ) Business Development 2.0 cohort—an experience that challenged me to think bigger, refine my business strategy, and confidently communicate the vision behind Lexycal Multimedia.

The program culminated in a pitch competition sponsored by Citizens (Citizens ). While I didn’t take home the top prize, I walked away with something just as valuable: sharper business skills, meaningful relationships, and a clearer roadmap for what’s next.

One of the greatest gifts from this journey was gaining an incredible business mentor, Soleil Meade (Soleil Meade Soleil Branding Essentials ), who has earned a permanent seat on my personal board of directors. Between Business Development 1.0 and 2.0, I also found a network of motivated—and motivational—business owners who continue to inspire me to dream bigger.
