Catch What Others Miss 🔎
As an AOI Operator at Intervala, you’ll use automated optical inspection equipment to inspect circuit board assemblies and make sure they meet our quality standards.

▶️ You’ll review inspection results, identify defects, catch false calls, and work with the SMT team and engineers to figure out what’s causing problems and how to fix them.
▶️ You’ll also get hands-on training with AOI and other inspection equipment, including X-ray when needed.
▶️ If you’re patient, focused, comfortable working with computers, and have a good eye for detail, this could be a great fit.

How do you know a circuit board is built right?
One important step is automated optical inspection (AOI).
AOI uses cameras and software to inspect printed circuit board assemblies for potential defects—helping identify issues that might otherwise be difficult to spot. But the technology is only part of the process. Skilled people review inspection results, identify false calls, recognize patterns, and work with production and engineering teams to address problems.

There’s more to Mount Pleasant than meets the eye. 👀

More than a century ago, this small Laurel Highlands town was part of a booming industrial region that helped fuel America’s rise as a manufacturing powerhouse.

At its peak, more than 2,000 coke ovens operated around Mount Pleasant, producing the fuel that powered the region’s growing steel industry, and bringing jobs, families and new communities to the area.

Today, you can still find traces of that history, from historic mine and coke sites to trails that follow the old industrial landscape.

A lot has changed. The spirit of making things hasn’t.

That’s one reason we’re proud to call Mount Pleasant home.
