Starting a company is an exciting milestone, but long-term success starts with the right foundation.

Before launching, it’s important to focus on a few key essentials:
• Clearly define your business idea, goals, and target audience
• Choose the appropriate business structure to support growth
• Properly register your business and secure required licenses
• Set up financial systems, including an EIN and business bank account
• Establish organized processes early to save time and reduce risk later

Taking these steps from the beginning helps protect your business, improve efficiency, and position you for sustainable growth.

If you’re thinking about starting a company, investing time in proper setup now can make all the difference down the road.

Your website content shouldn’t just exist, it should work for you!

That’s where cornerstone content comes in.

Cornerstone content is the big, helpful, authoritative stuff on your site that clearly explains what you do, who you help, and why you’re the expert. Think of it as the foundation everything else is built on.

Why it matters:
✔️ Builds trust with new visitors
✔️ Shows your expertise (without sounding salesy)
✔️ Helps people easily find related content
✔️ Supports all your other blogs, posts, and pages

When done right, cornerstone content gives people a clear starting point, answers real questions, and keeps them coming back for more.

If your content feels scattered or forgettable, it might be time to strengthen the foundation 💡

Foxie knows that despite the name, fear-based marketing isn’t scary...unless you count the fear of missed opportunities.

Fear-based marketing simply highlights the real problems your customers face and positions your business as the calm solution.

1. Show what’s at stake – Missed opportunities and wasted time get customers moving.
2. Point out unsolved problems – Nicely. You are the hero, not the villain.
3. Create real urgency – No fake countdown “sale ends today” timers needed.

Used correctly, fear-based marketing builds trust, speeds up decisions, and helps you stand out.

In numerous Foxie blogs, we discussed things that you should do while sending business texts to entice customers to read them and respond accordingly. But what about the things you shouldn’t do?

❌ Avoid Long, Complicated Conversations via Text: Texting (especially with Foxie), is best for short, concise messages.

⏰ Don’t Text Outside Normal Business Hours: Be mindful of time zones and personal boundaries. Early morning, late-night, weekend, or holiday texts can come across as intrusive and unprofessional.

🛑 Avoid Unwanted or Irrelevant Messages: Over-messaging leads to customer fatigue...and unsubscribes. Make sure all of your texts offer value and are tailored to the recipient’s interests.

📝 Always Proofread Before Hitting Send: Typos and grammar mistakes undermine your professionalism. Poorly written messages are more likely to be ignored or marked as spam.

Foxie understands the power of communication, and that is why we developed FoxieEngage - to make communicating with customers, family, and friends easier than you could have ever dreamed possible.

🛡️ Is your kid’s online life as safe as it should be?

The digital playground in 2025 is full of hidden risks—cyberbullies, predators, inappropriate content, or just wasted hours scrolling. Foxie’s latest post highlights how parents can protect their kids without resorting to total surveillance.

🔍 Key tips:
1. Open the conversation first – Talk honestly about online dangers before setting up any rules or tools.
2. Use tech smartly – Parental-control apps can help, but always be transparent about why you're using them.
3. Co-create clear guidelines – Set limits on screen time, acceptable websites/apps, and what info they share.
4. Teach critical thinking – Show them how to spot scams, block/report offenders, and think twice before posting.
5. Respect their independence – Monitor trends and usage patterns rather than snooping on every chat.
6. Know when to act – Stay alert for big changes in behavior or secretive tech use, and step in gently when needed.

Bottom line: Monitoring isn’t about control—it’s about guidance. With trust, transparency, and smart tools, your child can grow into a confident, responsible digital citizen.
