Thursdays are for Inspiration.
This week's inspiration came from someone I've admired my entire life—my dad.
At 86 years old, my father and I have been spending a lot of time talking about his life, his journey, and the vision God placed in his heart to establish New Hope. Every conversation reminds me that some of life's greatest treasures aren't found in books—they're found in the stories of those who walked faithfully before us.
Those conversations inspired me to create a new video series called The Founder's Chair.
It's not a podcast. It's simply an opportunity to sit with my dad each week, ask him a question about his life, and capture the wisdom, faith, lessons, victories, failures, and memories that have shaped him into the man he is today.
I also had the privilege of designing the logo for the series, and I'm excited to watch this vision come to life.
My prayer is that these conversations will become more than videos. I hope they become a lasting gift for his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, future generations, and everyone who has been impacted by the ministry and legacy God built through him.
Too often we wait until it's too late to ask the questions we wish we had asked. I don't want that to be our story.
His chair represents more than a seat.
It represents wisdom.
It represents sacrifice.
It represents vision.
It represents legacy.
Sometimes the greatest inspiration isn't creating something new—it's preserving something priceless before it's gone.
Who in your life has a story that deserves to be recorded? Don't wait. Pull up a chair and start the conversation today.
