Day 3 of vibe coding Speak2Reelz.

Today’s focus wasn’t features.

It was architecture.

Before building the UI, we defined:

✓ Workflow Architecture
✓ Frontend/Backend Contract
✓ Product Requirements Document
✓ n8n Workflow
✓ AI Prompt Structure
✓ Lovable Frontend

The result:

Voice/Text Input
→ Webhook
→ AI
→ Hook Cards

The first working workflow is now live.

Tomorrow we turn hooks into full content scripts.

Day 2 retrospective for Speak2Reelz.

Today’s focus was defining the MVP scope before building too much.

The core workflow is:

Voice → Hook → Script → Reel

That means the MVP needs to prove that a raw spoken idea can become a usable content path:

First, the voice idea becomes a hook.
Then the hook becomes a script.
Then the script becomes a reel-ready direction.

This is the product workflow we are validating first.

Clear scope before fast ex*****on.

Day 2 of building Speak2Reelz.

Today is focused on the MVP.

The goal is not to build the full platform yet. The goal is to prove the first usable workflow:

Speak an idea → capture the voice note → turn it into usable content output.

Before adding every feature, the MVP needs to answer one question:

Can this help creators, founders, and business owners turn raw thoughts into content faster?

That’s the build focus for Day 2.

Keep it simple.
Make it usable.
Prove the workflow.

Personal Caption:
Day 2 of Speak2Reelz is MVP day.

I’m not trying to overbuild it.

The first version just needs to prove the core flow:

Can I speak an idea and turn it into something useful for content?

That’s it.

No huge feature list.
No perfect product.
Just the first working version.

This is the part where the idea starts becoming real.

Vibe Coding Speak2Reelz: Building a Video Reel App in 7 Days.

I need a faster way to create video reels.

So instead of waiting for someone else to build it, I’m building it myself.

Introducing Speak2Reelz.

The vision:

🎙️ Speech → Hook
📝 Hook → Script
🖼️ Script + Images → Video Reel

Over the next 7 days, I’ll build the first MVP in public and share the progress each day.

Follow along and tell me what features you’d want in a tool like this.

The AI Model Debate Is Missing the Real Problem.

Everyone keeps asking which AI model is best.

GPT-5.5. Claude Opus 4.8. Gemini 3.5. Llama 4.

But the real question is not which model is smartest.

The real question is:

Which workflow deserves AI first?

Smarter AI still costs money to run. More reasoning means more tokens. More tokens means more cost.

The companies winning with AI are not just buying more tools.

They are applying AI to the right workflows.

Comment WORKFLOW for the free AI Workflow Assessment.

Gartner’s AI Agent Warning Isn’t About AI. It’s About Your Workflow.

Business Caption

Claude Opus 4.8 brings stronger reasoning, larger context windows, and more capable AI agents.

But a smarter model won’t fix:
• Unclear SOPs
• Manual handoffs
• Scattered data
• Missing ownership

The companies that win with AI won’t have the best prompts.
They’ll have the best workflows.

Before you deploy AI agents, assess the workflow first.

💬 Comment READY and I’ll send you the AI Workflow Readiness Assessment.

Personal Caption

Every major AI release creates the same conversation:
“Should we switch models?”

I’ve started thinking that’s the wrong question.

After working with automation and enterprise processes, I’ve found that most AI projects struggle because the workflow itself isn’t ready—not because the model isn’t smart enough.

Better models are great.
Better processes create results.

That’s why I’m focused on AI workflow enablement before AI deployment.

If you’re exploring AI agents in your organization, start by assessing the process first.

Comment READY and I’ll send over the framework I’ve been building.

Claude Is Headed to Wall Street. But Most Companies Still Aren’t AI-Ready.

Anthropic, the company behind Claude, has reportedly filed for a U.S. IPO.

That’s bigger than an AI news story.

It’s another signal that AI is moving into the mainstream.

But here’s the problem:

Most organizations are still trying to automate workflows that aren’t ready for automation.

Outdated SOPs.
Broken handoffs.
Unclear ownership.
Spreadsheet chaos.

AI doesn’t fix broken workflows.

It scales them.

Before deploying AI agents, copilots, or automation, score the workflow first.

Identify the gaps.
Prioritize the opportunities.
Choose the right pilot.

That’s the difference between an AI purchase and an AI strategy.

The $340K AI Role Nobody Talks About

Everyone talks about Prompt Engineers.

But many AI initiatives don’t fail because of prompts.

They fail because organizations struggle to connect AI to real business processes, systems, compliance requirements, and team adoption.

That’s why a new role is emerging: the Forward Deployed Engineer.

Their job isn’t just building AI.

Their job is helping organizations deploy AI successfully.

Before AI can create value, companies need:

✅ Process Mapping
✅ Documentation
✅ Requirements
✅ Training
✅ Adoption

AI needs structure before it can create value.

Comment WORKFLOW and we’ll send our SniffOut AI Workflow Readiness Assessment.

Most companies think deploying AI starts with buying tools.

It doesn’t.

AI fails when workflows are undocumented, disconnected, and unclear.

That’s why OpenAI launching “The Deployment Company” matters.

The market is shifting from:
❌ prompts
❌ random AI tools
❌ isolated pilots

To:
✅ workflow enablement
✅ operational systems
✅ AI deployment strategy

The companies that win with AI won’t just use AI tools.
They’ll build systems that teams can actually operate.

SniffOut AI helps organizations:
• Map workflows
• Document processes
• Identify AI use cases
• Deploy operational AI systems

Comment “SCORE” to get the AI Workflow Readiness Assessment.
