Edit: Deere says it’s fixed! See if you have rda access to all your tractors. If still missing a bunch, try a power cycle. the solution below will get you going.
If you’ve lost the ability to send work plans or remote access a display, you’re not alone. We have seen a mass un-pairing of tractor’s modems. Deere is aware of the issue and working on a Mass solution, but in the mean time you can fix it yourself.
You need to know your modems serial number, and which tractor it belongs to. On your computer, go to operations center, equipment, devices. Find your modem, select pairings, and pair equipment. Select the machine it belongs to and pair. That’s it!
To find your serial number, on your gen 4/5 display, go to menu, system, diagnostic center, network. Find the serial number under “mtg”.
I will be glad to assist you with the process, but it may be quicker if you are able to do it yourself. Planter startups have me busy! Text me your modem serial number and tractor serial number, and I will go into your ops center and pair it for you as soon as I can.
