It can make your life much simpler by being plug and play, it can be cheaper during construction than doing it after you move in, and, sometimes, it's a matter of safety. During our design meeting, we will ask many questions to help you get what you need in place, so once you move in, everything works like it should, with no mess or unsightly wires, and no Honey Do list.
