I’m so excited to be creating my first donated mural of 2026 for CASA Omaha 💙

CASA trains and inspires volunteer advocates to make a lasting impact in the lives of children in foster care, so we centered the mural around their message, “Amplify a Child’s Voice.” The design is playful, bold, and incorporates their brand throughout while adding some extra color and movement to their space.

Now it’s time to get this design on the wall. Stay tuned for part two!

Minute Monday: turning handwriting into vector art ✍️

Live Trace is one of my favorite Illustrator tools for taking something hand-drawn and turning it into scalable vector artwork. For this example, I turned a Sharpie signature into a custom brand element that could be added directly to packaging without losing any quality.
