Jonas spent the last few days helping customers with a little bit of everything across the Mid-South:

💻 Improved workstation performance after memory usage reached critical levels
📧 Restored email delivery issues by whitelisting addresses and redelivering messages
🧹 Cleaned up storage space on workstations that were nearly full
🔒 Reset server credentials and helped customers regain access quickly
☁️ Coordinated a workstation and OneDrive file migration, including onsite setup support
📱 Assisted with a potential iPhone security concern and helped remove suspicious content safely
⚠️ Investigated a suspicious email and identified it as malicious before it could cause bigger problems
