a) Develop a Business Plan covering for 2 years minimum, which include profit and loss projection and pre-opening budget, Sales & Marketing Plan for pre-opening period and 2 year forecast, Project Management Plan to ensure timely completion of the Project

Provide consultation on developing marketing material (including website design, photo shoots, website content write up, graphic design packages, social medias and other advertising media etc). c) Provide consultation on hotel management system installation to run the operations (reservation management for On-line, Front Office, POS outlets etc)
d) Develop relevant front office and back office printed materials
e) Set up a Uniform System of Accounting structure for general hotel financial management, including accounting software
f) Develop Employee Handbook (including Organization Structure), Staff Recruitment Plan, Training Plan (including Training Material), Administrative documents and other HR related documents (Employment Contract, Performance Monitoring, etc)
g) Carry out staff recruitment and training
h) Develop Operations Manual with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for each department including Head of Departments (HODs)
i) Provide consultation on procurement of FF&E and F&B equipment
j) Provide the soft and official launching plan inclusive of project event management based on the owner’s budget. k) The CONSULTANCY shall continue to provide the supervision management on operations of the property for thirty (30) days after official opening date.
