Our stores are built around the premise that a well informed buyer makes the best customer for a mutually beneficial relationship. No matter what your interests or needs are, we feel confident that you will find a product that will enhance your life. We also provide informational videos of our products, DIY and troubleshooting videos on our YouTube channel. Returns are never the end goal for any business and when the return is through mail order, everyone loses. We’ve created this page to enhance awareness of our products and assist our customers with technical support and purchasing advice. The Web Direct Brands page is dedicated to discussion related to product specifications and problem solving. We invite you to participate and hope you’ll respect the following rules:
In order to keep the page useful and clear to the mission any messages in regards to: existing orders, inquiries, complaints in services, etc. may be removed to keep the content easy to navigate. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content posted to our page. Inappropriate content includes: personal attacks, offensive or suggestive language, abusive or threatening comments to others, or irrelevant messages replied to the discussion at hand.
