2018 Throwback: The D-SKI Monarch Group is a Mother/Son duo that absolutely crushes the real estate game in Northern Illinois & Wisconsin (they helped me when I bought my house)!

Here’s to landing on my branding for my business - a creative consulting company focused on all things branding, marketing, design, decor, social media, and so much more.

Let me tell you, personal branding is HARD AF to settle on as a graphic designer. The possibilities are endless. I could make 100 logos that I “like” but the commitment issues of settling on one is a never ending battle.

That’s when it’s important to stop and take yourself through your client discovery process. Pinpoint your vision, message, services, and goals. Fine tune the elements that support those and visually represent you and your business and just run with it.

I’ve “re-branded” 4-5 times, and the biggest lesson I’ve learned in this industry is that YOU are the most important component for past, present, and future clients. Find a way to accurately represent YOU through your branding and your messaging and don’t let the possibilities get in the way of landing on something that supports you - even if it’s just in this phase of business. Your reputation is ultimately what carries you long term.
