Governor Ned Lamont paid a visit to Madison, yesterday afternoon. Sporting his Grateful Dead Dancing Bears belt, our Governor answered some tough questions from local businesses and residents with empathy, compassion, and professionalism. We need more of this. Our State Comptroller, Sean Scanlon was on hand to introduce Lamont, and outline some of the more pressing economic agenda initiatives currently underway at the CT Capital. Oh, and there was ice cream! Thanks Ashley's Ice Cream.

The new mural at Madison's Surf Club was unveiled last night, in front of an enthusiastic crowd, under flawless sunny skies.
Lots of personal, public, and team participation went into this project. Madison's Beach and Rec Department, Madison Chamber of Commerce, the full support of Madison Board of Selectmen, First Selectman - Peggy Lyons. Local Artist, Patrick Ganino spoke briefly about his donation to the Town, joined by numerous family & friends (including Chevy Chase -"I'm Chevy Chase, and you're not...").

Q1 of 2026 is quickly coming to a close. What've we been up to? Good Question!
Madison's annual "Souper Bowl", lots of events (awards, grand openings, and community recognition), a personal art project for town of Guilford, a fashion show for Autism, Promotional shoots for local nightclub, several food photography sets for local restaurants, and finally - chasing sunrises & sunsets with family in sunny San Diego.
