Today we signed the contract with the Fort Magruder Inn for Williamsburg Muster 2025. The spaces we have are bigger and nicer than what we had at our previous location.
We have a Convention hotel rate of $79.00 plus 12% tax & $2.00 occupancy tax per room per night. That rate does include breakfast. When booking please say you are booking for Muster. That discount is live. Rooms can be cancelled and refunded up to 72 hours before the event.
As per the hotel management food other than simple candy snacks cannot be consumed in the 2 ball rooms, but they can be eaten in the lobby and other rooms.
NO Alcohol is allowed in the event spaces.
The food truck Jim had scheduled for muster has their restaurant about 100 yards from the con. There are multiple food options within a mile.
We also have room to grow.
We greatly appreciate your patience as the cancellation from the Clarion was unexpected, and they started refunding before telling us they could not host this year. That we turned this around in less than a week is something in the realm of a miracle.
I want to especially thank Vice President Stephen Preston and Board member Ben Marsh who burned the midnight oil getting us viable options and quotes at such short notice.
