🚨Breaking News🚨 The same law firms that got $1B out of NAR just filed a class action lawsuit against Zillow - and the flex program is front and center.

The lawsuit alleges that the consumer is kept entirely in the dark in regards to the 40% referral fee Zillow collects when a transaction is closed - and even goes as far as saying that zillow intentionally routes buyers to flex agents specifically instead of the listing agent.

I don’t think this is going to change much - 2/3rds of buyer traffic in the US goes to Zillow, and flex is still by far the fastest way to get transactions done (to hopefully build a book of business that feeds you long term).
