My freedom, safety, and ability to participate fully in my own life are my responsibility. I am not abandoning the law; I am asking the law to finally see me and hear me.
Surveillance has escalated since my last post. I am no longer reliably receiving phone calls or messages from friends and family. I state plainly that these disruptions are real, ongoing, and have materially affected my autonomy, my livelihood, and my sense of safety.
Dec. 25 — Christmas Day
Access to my Spotify account was revoked across all devices.
This is part of an escalating pattern of intimidation intended to silence me.
I will no longer diminish the profound impact these violations have had on my freedom, my stability, or my humanity.
To preserve the dignity and respect I have left, Grace’s legal defense will now be disclosed as written, no longer paraphrased, and supported by documented emails and evidence, under protest. I will systematically examine each claim concerning my demotion, including post hoc assertions introduced only after the fact.
I complied with confidentiality in good faith, believing existing systems would respond, investigate, and protect me. They did not. What followed instead was more retaliation, prolonged silence, delay, and dismissal leaving me without meaningful access to justice or protection.
I am exercising my lawful rights to free expression and to petition for redress. This is not escalation, it is the lawful insistence on being heard, after sustained institutional failure.
If courts, regulators, or investigators require clarity, records, or cooperation, I am prepared to provide them.
What I am asking for, what I have been asking for, is to be treated like a human being whose experience warrants serious review rather than dismissal.
