Memphis LVS 15 inch subwoofer make over

10/07/2026

Now THIS is excursion. SHARE 😳🔊
SUNDOWN AUDIO NSv6 being pushed at 25 Hz and reaching roughly 104.6 mm peak-to-peak travel —OVER 4 INCHES!
That’s approximately +50.9 mm / -53.6 mm, while still staying around 5% THD near maximum excursion.
Anybody can make a woofer move… but keeping distortion under control while moving 4+ inches at 25 Hz is what makes this test impressive.
This is why proper measurement matters. You’re not just watching the cone move — you can actually see what the suspension and motor are doing at extreme excursion.
Would you trust your subwoofer with this test?
