Most counties in Guernsey's position would have waited. No statewide ESInet. Two dispatchers per shift. An analog system that *technically* still worked.

Instead, Guernsey County Sheriff's Office - Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden went live on cloud-native NG911 without a regional ESInet, cut over in under 3 hours with zero downtime, and added Automated Non-Emergency Triage by Prepared by Axon so their two-person-per-shift team could stay focused on the calls that actually needed them.

"We thought there was no way we were going to be able to adopt NG911. I'm happy to say we're one of the first counties in Ohio to have it," said Sheriff Jeffrey D. Paden
