Week one with an online fitness coach!! for months and months I’ve been wanting to better track what I eat daily and have something to hold me accountable for getting some movement in every week. Because I work from home, I can easily get stuck in pyjamas all day without wanting to get up and do anything physical, so I love that through Jenna I have a proper meal plan workout plan and check-ins to hold me accountable.
