🦄 Top Tips for Applicants Looking for a Job

1. Slide in the DM's.
Recruiters get hundreds of applicants a day. Say Hello. It's not weird.

2. Apply A LOT more than you think...
A typical sales conversion rate is approx 2%. If you apply to 100 jobs, maybe 2 will wind up becoming job offers.

3. Think of applying as a data-driven process.
Try not to get down on yourself. Applying is an iterative process.
