How do you create your Moodboards?
Canva has a great design tool for everything including Moodboards.
With the free membership to Canva, you have access to so many pro design elements. Actually, they have over 50,000 free templates!
Choice is good, yet having this many options can be overwhelming.
In this carousel, I outline how to create an “Inspired Moodboard” for your next bullet journal theme using Canva.
When it comes to starting a new inspiration project. I recommend *Not* starting with a blank template, just yet.
You will want to give your mind the freedom to explore new paths to creative inspiration. Start by gathering lots of images and clips from sources like a Museum digital Archive - TheMet or Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Move beyond Pinterest and your usual browsing workflow to define a foundation for your signature style. Cultivate your creative core with references from history, and other fields, research and archives. These rich, deep resources will provide countless jump off points for discovering Unique expression of old Ideas made new.
For example: What would happen if you combined (Paul Rand & Michelangelo & Pop Art??
Energy invested in working out creative ways to link disparate ideas will spark lead you down new pathways make new connections.
Your thoughts and notes will have original, new, fresh ways to compose a theme.
