New York got it all.

You know. All the food. All the colors. All the flavors. All the smells (yeah, could live without some of those, right). All the nice little ways to treat yourself. Never enough though. I mean, come on - let's just go out for drinks today. And have some Dim Sum. And you know, there is a new store opening up on Houston? Yeah, let's... have it all, let's do it all.

Wtf you mean we're broke? Of course we are. Yeah, that might be a problem.
We all are broke. Yeah, no matter how much we earn - still broke.
Wait, somehow it feels like - all those nice things, they are just here to make us stay broke?

Is this a systematic thing or what? I mean, it must be, right?

What do you say - let's leave the rat race and start over?

Yeah, of course - one leaves you broke, the other one doesn't.
Yeah, of course - one helps some big company, the other one your own neighborhood.

But the coolest thing? The way your partner or SO is not pi**ed at you for wasting all that money.

And don't get me wrong. We are sure for THEM they really are good. For the companies that is.

We do it a tiny bit differently. It's not us making the deals. It's you.
We don't set the prices. You do. And some other folks out there do.

But ultimately - it keeps you poor. You’re operating on a loss.

This only keeps two things filled. The wallets of banks and a few wealthy dudes. And the projects.

But not your wallet. Not long term. Don’t sell your stuff, for real - rent it out. Help others. Help yourself. Don’t help some big shot bankers.
