Dear Village, Vendors, and Partners,

​I am writing to you with a final update regarding the Winterfest: Elevate Your Business EXPO.

​After exploring every possible option to secure a venue for this weekend, I regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Winterfest Expo in its entirety.

​We are unable to move forward with the vendor market and performances as planned due to the unforeseen loss of our venue and the inability to secure a suitable community partner replacement on such short notice.
​However, the mission of education continues.

While we cannot host the full Expo, we refuse to let the knowledge be lost. We are moving the Educational Workshops to a new location, and we invite everyone—vendors, presenters, and community members—to join us.

​The New Plan: Community Workshops
​When: Saturday, December 20th
​Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
​Where: The CRIB (2588 Atlantic Avenue & Georgia Avenue, East New York)

​We encourage you to come out, sit down, and participate in these vital discussions. Let’s use this time to strategize, learn, and build resilience together, even in the face of setbacks.

​Regarding Vendor Fees:
We will be following up with a separate communication regarding the next steps for your deposits/fees and future credits. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this administrative process.
