JUST CLOSED đď¸ | From a Lake Shore Drive condo in Chicago to a life reimagined on Manhattanâs Upper East Side.
Think Eloise The Plaza Hotel âbut this time, itâs the grandchildren The Bristal Assisted Living at York Avenue. đ
Some moves arenât simply about changing your address.
Theyâre about closing the distance between the people you love.
Our newest resident chose to move closer to her daughter and grandchildrenâjust in time to celebrate an upcoming bar mitzvah, meaningful family milestones and the everyday moments in between.
Move-in day gave us a beautiful glimpse of what was ahead. Straight from the airplane, before the boxes were even unpacked, her grandchildren slipped into our game room for a game of billiards. Now they can come and go with easeâas though The Bristal at York Avenue is their very own Upper East Side pied-Ă -terre.
Here, she has thoughtfully curated a balance of privacy and connection: new friendships, concerts, lectures, walks to the promenade at Carl Schurz Parkâand, most importantly, greater access to family.
She has also brought something uniquely her own: unmistakable wit, wonderful humor and a genuine desire to contribute to the community around her.
Because what makes a community thrive isnât only beautiful surroundings or exceptional amenities.
Itâs chemistry.
Itâs finding people who energize one another.
Who laugh together.
Who share stories over coffee.
Who begin as neighborsâand become friends.
She hasnât simply found her place.
She is already making our community even better.
Welcome home. We had a feeling you would fit right in. đ
If youâre beginning to explore what comes next for yourself or someone you love, I would be honored to help and demistify. Planning with purpose is empoweringâand you donât have to navigate it alone.
