Q: What will happen to the photos i already uploaded to Google Photos?

You do still have 15GB of free storage, which is enough for roughly 5,000 (full quality) images.

Tech Tip #42: Spring Cleaning

Hey guys, it's that time of the year where everyone is cleaning their houses/offices. Here are some cleaning tips for your tech that i recommend (and do myself).

1. To clean your keyboard: unplug (or turn off) your keyboard, flip it upside down, and tap the back of the keyboard lightly to get the dirt out. you can also use a can of compressed air to blow under the keys.

2. Clean your PCs: Turn off your computers, unplug the cables, open the case, and blow out all the dust. (this will help with your computer's performance as well. It helps reduce temperatures of your components) *Yes, this applies to laptops as well, if you are comfortable doing so*

3. Clean up files: delete files you don't need/use anymore, as well as apps you don't use anymore. (This will help speed up the computer too.)

4. Swap Parts: If you have extra mice/keyboards in your closet, don't be afraid to swap out for clean/new ones.

Product Deal: (Costco - $230) TP-Link Deco X60 Mesh WIFI (3 Pack)

This Mesh WIFI system is great for houses that have 1 router and dead zones. 1 point goes in place of your router, and the other 2 points can go anywhere around the house for additional coverage. I personally have use 2 models of TP-Link's Deco Mesh WIFI systems, and I love them. The 2 additional devices have 2 ethernet ports on then, so you can connect your home desktop, smart hub, and other devices. Simple to setup, and easy to manage. It has parental control, and built in anti-virus and anti-hacking software.
