Talked to a practice owner this week. She's running a great practice. Been in business for 25 years.
I asked her what tools she's using.
She started listing them:
Dentrix for practice management.
Dental Intel for analytics.
Local Med for online scheduling.
Modento for patient communication.
A separate AI for answering phones.
Another tool for reminders.
Then she paused and said something that stuck with me:
"I have to figure out what overlaps. Because a lot of this overlaps."
She's not alone.
Most dental practices I talk to are paying for 5 to 10 different tools. Each one solves one problem. Each one has its own login, its own dashboard, its own invoice, its own contract renewal date.
And half of them do the same thing.
The problem isn't that these tools don't work. They do.
The problem is fragmentation.
Your receptionist is toggling between tabs. Your data lives in silos. Your "automation" is actually 6 different automations that don't talk to each other.
And when something breaks, nobody knows where to look.
This is why we built Savvy Agents as a workforce, not another tool.
One place for calls, texts, reminders, documentation, insurance, retention. Agents that work together and share context.
Not another tab. A team.
If you're drowning in tools and wondering what actually overlaps, I'd love to hear how you're thinking about consolidation.
What's the one tool you wish you could eliminate tomorrow?
