Our platform empowers residential builders to run their businesses more efficiently and to build many more resilient and economical high-performance homes per year. Our Mission is to improve social equity worldwide by significantly increasing the size and quality of the residential laborforce to in turn increase the global supply of healthy, sustainable, and attainable homes. Our Vision is a globa

l ecosystem of building partners on an integrated technology platform, working together to eliminate the global housing crisis. About Us:

The name Shibusa comes from the Japanese language and refers to a particular aesthetic of simple, subtle and practical elegance. Shibusa Systems combines these principles with leading-edge innovative solutions from around the world to create a more economical and sustainable solution to home building. We at Shibusa strive to provide a holistic approach to building homes that not only focuses on construction economics for builders, we aim to provide an environment for residents that promotes healthier living, increased social equity and meaningful long-term community growth. All our building materials are sourced from leading regional suppliers and we employ local full-time community-based assembly teams who reinforce and improve their regional economies. Shibusa’s Precision Component Onsite Assembly™ system transforms construction into assembly, significantly reducing time, cost and carbon footprint. We only ship building materials once, directly to the development site, for assembly into homes. We provide an end-to-end workflow solution for our clients— from design conception through to certificate of occupancy—at a fixed price significantly below market cost because we manage every step of the process in-house, eliminating reliance on contractors.
