📸 Check out this snapshot from the first ever OIDS company retreat!

☕️ You can often find us at our home-away-from home, , where we do the majority of our working, collaborating, client meetings, tea sippin n’ spillin. 🫖

📈 At our retreat, we celebrated our wins (teamwork! communication! building off of each other’s ideas!), and took stock of our setbacks (scope creep! working with more intention! defining meeting agendas!). 📊

🍷 Then, we went to our favorite haunt for dinner to discuss our dreams for growing the company and what we envision for our future. If you haven’t yet checked out Baby’s at Night every Tuesday, what are you waiting for?!?! The menu changes but the food stays delicious. BYO wine, friends & retreat agendas!!! 🍴

We're excited to officially announce Jake and Lauren as new and integral additions to the OIDS team!!!

Jake, aka "Business-in-the-Front-Party-in-the-Back" Bash, brings with him a sharp business acumen and the kindest, gentlest heart. Lauren, the trendsetter for the new wave, is an aesthetic mastermind with an incredible eye for design and creativity. Without them, OIDS would not be where it is today. 🥹

Most days you’ll find us at our remote office location sipping lattes and talking shoppe. ☕

My last post was from ~1 year ago~ celebrating the one year anniversary of officially incorporating Outside In Design Studio. Then I didn’t post for a year! Tbh, I was going through a really difficult upheaval in my personal life (cough *breakup* cough) but I was still working and grinding and trying to distract myself through work. Sometimes, being alive and a functioning adult at the same time can be really hard.

But now I’M BACK ON THE [IG] GRID and really excited to share what I’ve been working on and how I’ve been growing Le Biz, starting with this really gorgeous bike that I hand-painted for !

Andy has become a bud of mine since I started bringing my bicycles to him. He specializes in vintage and refurbished bikes and also sells really dope vintage clothes via out of his shop! Check them out at 4233 St Claude in New Orleans!
