🦒 You Can Bet Giraffe...agents usually know within a few pages whether they want to finish your manuscript. You don't have the luxury of 300 pages to hook an agent. You have a few.

No pressure. 😂

When an agent asks, "What else are you working on?" they're often saying, "I'm interested in you, even if this project isn't the one."

Learn to read the subtext. Publishing is full of it.

🦒 You Can Bet Giraffe...if your manuscript is still on Draft #3, it's probably too early to hit "Send." Revision isn't proof you got it wrong, it's proof you're taking your writing seriously, and agents will thank you for it.
