I’ve been working on something that means a lot to me, and I’d love to share it with all of you. ❤️

I created these shirts as a way to raise money for people in our community who were affected by the tornado. My plan is to donate the proceeds directly to individuals and families who need help—not to a large organization.

After hearing some of the personal stories of people who were directly affected, I knew I wanted to have the flexibility to help in a more personal way. I’ve heard firsthand about a single mom who was renting, didn’t have renters insurance, and lost everything. I’ve also heard about a family who had been homeless for two years, finally found a home and got settled just two months ago, only to lose it in the tornado.

These are real people and real stories that have stayed with me. They are the reason I want to be able to put these funds directly into the hands of people who need them most.

I know there are amazing organizations doing incredible work, and I’m so grateful for everything they are doing. But I also feel strongly that sometimes the best way to help is to have the flexibility to find individuals and families who may need a little extra help and support them directly.

So if you’d like to support the tornado relief effort and wear a shirt that represents our community coming together, I would be so grateful for your support. Every shirt purchased will help me put more money directly toward helping local families rebuild.

Shirts can be ordered here:

T-shirt orders can be placed through August 31st. Then, I will place one order to the company making the shirts and they will be ready shortly after that.

Please feel free to share this post, too. Every shirt helps. ❤️
