* I offer to personally pick up, & drop off your product/products.
* Follow each & every safety precaution we know up to this point, to
help stop the spread of this horrible virus.
* I
will also be wearing gloves, & a mask, upon arriving to pick up,
and/or deliver to you, or a place of your choosing.
* I offer Remote Access Assistance to every client, due to the Covid19
Pandemic. It's now offered to every client for Repairs, Customer
Support/Service, Software Installation, or Re-Installation, Personal
Consultations, Advice, Updates, and Emergency Support, for our long
term clients who have signed monthly/yearly contracts with my
company.
* If you just want a one time remote access repair, or service, no
worries. We are a private and discrete company. Any and all work I do
for you is kept between us, and will be stated in our contract, and/or
our Private Policy Form, that you will receive, and sign, with estimate,
if you are not a monthly/yearly client with us.
* My workplace, & work space, is also very sanitary. I follow every & all
health and safety precautions required of me as a business that deals
with providing services to a customer.
* I also look daily, for any new information on how to prevent the
spread of Covid19, to keep up on the safety of my clients, clients
families, my family, and myself's safety & health.
