A lot of small businesses are interested in AI, but the deployment conversation gets overcomplicated fast.

The mistake I see is trying to “add AI” everywhere at once.

That usually creates noise instead of traction.

A better starting point:

Pick one workflow.
Define one outcome.
Train around the actual process.
Measure whether it improves the work.
Then decide what comes next.
