it’s finally time to share more big news… ✨
Letters by Maude was officially awarded Kansas City Magazine’s Best of KC 2026 Best Hand Letterer!!! 🏆
Thank you to everyone who voted, my clients, my strong support system of fellow vendors, friends + family, and to my sweet husband who is always behind the scenes helping make this dream of mine happen!
Because of everyone I’ve named, we’ve won this award twice now, and for that I am so grateful. The feeling of running around all over town to hunt down the latest copy of Best of KC Magazine and the rush of finally finding it at a Barnes and Noble and seeing my business name inside was just as exciting as the first time we won back in 2024! Moments like these are special and remind me how crazy it is that I get to do this as a job.
2026 is turning out to be a record year over here, and it’s also because of our loyal support system that I don’t have to spend as much time posting to socials. Because of you referring me to your loved ones, I get to spend more time lettering and designing (+ prepping for our baby boy’s arrival ☺️) without being so tied to my phone, so thank you for that too 🙂
