Immergo Labs Immergo’s immersive platform connects providers and clients for empowering movement care.

"There has to be a better way."

That thought struck our co-founder Aviv Elor after he ruptured the tricep in his dominant arm at collegiate judo nationals. Full-time engineering classes, a lot of pain, and the nearest care provider sitting on the other side of a mountainous highway.

Most of us have been sidelined by an injury at some point, and that frustration drove what we build at Immergo Labs.

We are building one of the world's first embodied telehealth platforms for movement care. Train right from your web browser, or put on a VR headset and it feels like you and your provider are in the same room. No commute, no wasted time, just movement care that meets you where you are.

In this one-minute video, Aviv shares where Immergo started, and one of our clients shares where it took them: real conversations with a real provider, from their own room, that helped them recover.

Our mission is simple. Make quality movement care easy for everyone, and put the best tools in as many hands as possible.

It's been a busy summer at Immergo Labs! ☀️

A quick look back at all that's kept us moving:

🎖️ We spent three days at the Boise VA Medical Center co-designing embodied XR telehealth with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Clinical Resource Hub and iQUEST teams. 30 people, 21 VA providers, countless sticky notes, and one shared roadmap for how immersive movement care can better serve Veterans.

🤸 We made our AWE debut in Long Beach, pitching at the Startup Pitch Competition, exhibiting at Booth S81 in the IVRHA Pavilion, and joining AWE's first-ever research poster track. Over 50 demos later, we left energized by the growing XR healthcare community around us.

🌱 And we welcomed our 2026 summer interns, Clare, Lauren, and Farina, in partnership with Fogarty Innovation and QB3 at UC Santa Cruz. They are already leaving their mark on our media, home exercise library, and avatar work.
Grateful to every collaborator, provider, and partner who kicked off the summer with us.

"Am I out here for 30 minutes, or can I be out here for three hours?"

That was the question on Elliot A.'s mind every time he got on his bike. New to cycling, he was managing lower back pain that shaped how long he could ride, and whether the day would be a good one.

Then he tried Immergo. No facility, no big chunk carved out of his day from traveling, just pop on the headset and get to work. The lower back issues he used to feel day in and day out? In his words, "It's gone."

In this video, he gets into:
🚴 How he stopped scheduling his rides around his back
🥽 Why popping on the VR headset beat taking a chunk out of his day for a facility visit
🧠 The anatomical model his provider marked up to get granular on the exact muscles

30 people. 3 days. 1 room. Boise VAMC was buzzing with headsets and sticky notes 🥔🥽🗒️

Last week, teamed up with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Clinical Resource Hub and iQUEST teams to co-design how embodied XR telehealth could serve Veterans.

21 VA providers, 4 subject matter experts, and 5 Immergo team members dove in together. We shadowed care teams in the VA's telehealth cart, then providers jumped into our VR and web apps: embodied telehealth sessions, exercise programs, environment customization, and more. Sticky notes flew. Ideas multiplied. We closed with a shared vision for what comes next.

More to come soon 🚀

P.S. Swipe to the end for some very good pups that guided us around Boise afterwards 🐕

That's a wrap on ! 🤸

Immergo's first Augmented World Expo, and the team showed up across all three tracks: pitching at the Startup Pitch Competition, presenting at AWE's first-ever Research Poster track, and running 50+ demos at Booth S81 in the IVRHA Pavilion.

Founders Aviv Elor and Michael Powell shared Immergo's vision for empowering movement care providers and clients with spatial AI, pointed squarely at an "I, Spatial" future where technology empowers humanity. 🌊

At the Immergo exhibit, folks customized their own virtual clinic, met a mock client, recorded their own full body exercises, and took on a 3 minute warm up authored by 2024 Olympic Gold Medalist Amit Elor. It got competitive! Congrats to our home exercise champions who came within a hair of a perfect score. 🥇 (And a special visit from Aqua, the world's most augmented dog, who asked some especially hard questions. 🐕)

But the best part is always the people. Thank you to IVRHA for the warm welcome, to the AWE team for an incredible event, and to every fellow founder, exhibitor, researcher, and friend we met along the way. We came in as first-timers and left immensely energized.

First time at .xr and Long Beach bound June 15-18, 2026 🌊

is showing up strong across three tracks: pitching at the Startup Pitch Competition, exhibiting at Booth S81 in the IVRHA (International Virtual Reality and Healthcare Association) Pavilion, and showcasing research posters during the AWE Research Track demo hours.

The Immergo crew of Aviv Elor (), Michael Powell (), Ash Robbins (), Alyssa Tu (), Maxim Kuznetsov and Drew Stone will be running hands-on demos of our embodied XR telehealth and gamified home exercise programs, both with built-in biomechanics assessment.

Huge thanks to Bob Fine and the IVRHA (International Virtual Reality and Healthcare Association) team for the warm welcome into the pavilion, and to Sonya Haskins, Ori Inbar, and the AWE programming team for organizing.

Going? Swing by Booth S81. Still deciding? Use SPKR26D for 10% off your ticket.

"I just decided that I'm going to accept pain."

That was Deandre Z. before becoming an Immergo client. 15 years of chronic lower back pain he’d written off as unsolvable.

He came in a skeptic of VR healthcare and walked away a proponent, back to lifting 225 pounds with confidence.

In this video, he gets into:
🥽 A moment a VR session delivered something no 2D video call could
🏠 Why he stopped scheduling around waiting rooms and insurance
🕺 What avatar tracking actually does in a movement session
